Cockroaches and Dirty Cutlery

On Sunday the 17th February 2013, my wife booked a picnic basket for 13:30pm. We arrived at about 13:45pm, yet our basket was still not ready. They supply prepacked food in the basket.
The wine glasses they gave were totally filthy.

Eventually we were parked on the lawn with our kids having lunch. As I was removing one of the packs from the basket, I saw a cockroach in the picnic basket. The cockroach them went on its way onto the grassy area.

They are quite expensive and one thus expects good quality and service. But both these attributes has been lost.

I had a very bad experience.
