Tsg squatter camp

I unfortunately live near tsg Fourways, not only do I put up with the never ending loud noise at night, but now the staff squatting area outside the shopping center, ( reminds me of driving past builders warehouse),
We have spoken to management, who assures us it won't happen again, yet every day for 2-3 hours we entertain the staff on there breaks, gambling, littering and chatting at the top of their voices,
We have tried removing them, bu they keep comming back,
The resturant clearly must be doing so badly that the staff would rather spend 3 hours lying on the lawn, than actually working, it is an appalling site, as I drive in to leaping frog shopping center, I just turn around and go elsewhere, what a pity, as the foods not bad...
