I received the incorrect pizza from I counter order.

At home I called Debonairs Welgemoed and spoke to the manager Jessie who was prepared to exchange my incorrect pizza but not compensate me for the inconveniance.
When I questioned her on the matter:
She was quite specific with her reasons.
The manager, Jessie did not know if I was lying or telling the truth.

When the correct pizza did arrive at my house, the quality was shocking. Almost no fillng.
And she neglected to give the driver money (difference in price between the two pizzas)

The next morning I called the branch back and spoke with the general manager, Wesley.
All I asked him was to please give my number to the owner, to call me back.
I told him 5 times that I did not want him to assist, just pass on my number.

He insisted to hear my story, I gave it, he then proceeded to try to resolve the issue,
I told him, I do not want his help, just pass on my number:
HIS NEXT RESPONSE, " THEN TOLD EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEMS TO ME"
AND HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM DEBONAIRS WELGEMOED.
