Bad dealings with Clint Ducie-extremely rude

I lodged a complaint about Wimpy, Queensmead Mall, Umbilo. Where I was assaulted and extremely badly treated by the owner. The owner of the Wimpy has been forcing people to buy a meal before they could buy a bottomless coke. I reported this to FAMOUS BRANDS, at which stage I was informed that this was not how the product was to be sold, it was not a requirement that a meal be bought before a bottomless coke could be ordered. Today CLINT DUCIE, a mere employee of Famous Brands told me that because I had laid previous reported this Wimpy that he was not prepared to do anything about my complaint. He stated that I should go to another food out let if I was not happy with the Wimpy. This is a typical case of pure degradation of the Wimpy franchise company and a poor show on behalf of Wimpy - I have lost all respect for all Wimpys and Milky Lanes, just look under Hello Pieter and you will see all the reports. Famous Brands - it appears have no respect for there franchisees and any of there clients.
