Good day,

I would like to say thank you for doing a drive thru for 24 hours but I must say the service I got this Saturday morning it was shocking. It was around about 01:00 AM me and a friend decided to have a meal and we opted for a family meal thinking we will have the rest in the morning but to our shock when we got home the meat was so hard you can tell that it has been re-heated the whole day... we could even have a bite of that whole pieces. We couldn't return coz it was gonna be a waste of petrol since we already wasted R154. Couple cents... so I must say I will never make that mistake ever I rather die of hunger than to support KFC SILVERTON... so it us the outgoing people that we have to settle for up chicken... and other reason is we trust that we won't be cheated from out good hard earned cash we trust the your employers hence we don't check for out meals but I guess it's a lesson learned but I will never make that mistake to support KFC period I feel like I would get the same I got from Silverton.
