Debonairs Pizza
Tripple Decker rip off

Cafes, Bars, Restaurants

A couple of weeks ago I bought the Tripple Decker for R110 (with extra cheese) for friends that were visiting that night. I wondered why they had a slice each and not taken more. When I tasted the pizza, I was utterly dissapointed, it was dry and hardly had any 'fillings' at all. When one pays R110 for one Pizza, you expect quality and quantity, this Pizza lacked both.

I took the Pizza back to them the next day and the Manager was very apologetic and was prepared to replace the pizza immediately, however, it was no use to me the next day, I wanted a refund and wanted to speak to someone from Famous Brands because I had also spent R300 at the 'Steers' next door to the Debonairs (I know they are part of the same franchise group and has one owner for the Bryanton stores) and the food there was of similar quality and quantity. Again, when you spend R300 for fast food for a meal for 4 people (at Steers), you expect quality and quantity.

They took my contact details and the Area Manager (Shaun) was going to call me, still awaiting a call from them.

Famous Brands; your meals can be expensive at times, and I don't mind paying the price, as long as it is quality fast food.
