My wife and I went the Malmesbury Spur on Saturday 9th February, we both ordered a 'cheddarmelt' burger.
We often go to the Spur in Tableview and so we know what to expect. What we recieved was nothing like a 'cheddarmelt' burger. It did occur to us, however, that there there were trainee's learning the ropes.
A few other considerations are that actually no one knows what's really going on there, from the manager, kitchen staff and waiters. Although I am Afrikaans speaking my wife is Welsh and speaks English and Gaellic and so we conduct our orders in a common language. The waiter got our drinks order wrong as well.
We walked out, the manager very kindly did not charge us for drinks, we got much better value for money and service at the Steer's down below.
