Manager playing games with waiters on duty

Good day.

We were at mikes kitchen last night. It was fairly late and quiet. None the less, one of the managers on duty
A blonde girl was in the bar area playing games with other waiter staff. They were making a noise and laughing very loud. This is no way to act if there is still customers in a restaurant. The service was exceptional and we had great food. Management staff just has to maintain a professional attitude always and playing games with other staff should be done after hours.
