Builders Warehouse in Roodepoort should review their service standards, which are almost non-existant. More clients were complaining this morning than not. The staff were unhelpful and stood in groups chatting, which is very common at this store, referring queries to other staff or areas of the store. The back collection area and the plumbing area was totally understaffed. When we left, we saw several staff outside the store strolling about. If the staff want time off over weekends, fair enough, but get other staff in or give your customers a discount!!
