Food served from floor!

I have constant problems with KFC Fourways: they never are able to service the drive-thru channel and always ask me to park in the parking lot while they prepare the food and will bring to me. My guess is KFC is time measured and use this to cheat the system. While again having to wait more than 15min at the drive-thru window, a saw a staff member drop the spatula on the floor, pick it up and immediately start using it to handle the food! DISGUSTING! After asking for my money back and asking to speak to the manager, it turns out LENA who is the manager is the person I saw use the floor spatula and then proceeded to deny it despite me having a witness in the car! So not only does NICK DAVIS (owner) have incompetent staff working against health code, he employs staff who call customers LIARS!!! NICK DAVIS, you should be ashamed of yourself and seriously need to get rid of more than half your staff and replace them with people willing to offer customer service!
