Slow Staff with bad attitude

I stayed at garden court on 26 and 27th April 2013. On the mOrning of 28th April I went for breakfast. We asked the waiter for coffee. I went to dish up food from the buffet which took 15minutes and when I returned there was still no coffee served. When I went to the buffet for eggs there was one man frying omlettes and eggs. There was a large crowd of people waiting for eggs and he was taking ages to make one omlette. There needed to be another person there as the crowd was far too large. I then got his attention and asked him to make my eggs which he began to do. Then he went back to the omlettes and forgot my eggs. I tried to get his attention but he ignored me so I took the spatula and began to flip the eggs, a woman then came and grab the spatula out my hand and shouted "that's not allowed". I waited 15minutes for two eggs- that's a joke. The staff could not do their job and when I tried to do it for them to get my food before it burned they had an issue with it. I was trying to get breakfast so I could catch a flight on time. The wait staff was also lazy with a very bad attitude
