Food falls on the floor, picked up and put back

After waiting 20 minutes for my food, i notice that a staff member in the back area dropped a piece of chicken of a grill tray on the floor. Instead of duscarding it, it was placed backonto the tray. After confronting thr manager, he just went to the back and did nothing. That same piece of chicken was then put into a box then handed over to another customer. Really disgusting.
