Simply Asia
Poor, poor service

We regularly frequent the Simply Asia at Heritage Square in Cape Town due to the convenient location, and have now on a variety of occasions had reason to complain about the service. Slow, unhelpful, rude, disinterested and generally unpleasant. The staff are just not managing to create a pleasant, friendly vibe at all. This has now on a number of occasions left a very sour taste in the mouth. The restaurant seems very poorly managed and the staff poorly trained. We love your food and the venue, please address the training and motivation of your staff.
