Valentines Day supper Spoilt!

My husband decided to take me to spur for supper on Valentines day, we went to eastgate and wrote our name on the list for a seat in the smokers area, we did not even wait 5 minutes when we were taken to our seats, the waiter took about 15min to come and take our order, we ordered X1 Lamb chops, X1 TexanBlz Burger and X1 Large coke-Tbl 79/1-Chk 3423.The waiter brought us our coke which was flat so I told him it was flat and he brought another glass of coke but did not put any ice in it, coke was still flat! It took 1hr for our meal to arrive, and when it did the food was ice cold, and so were the plates, the chips were dry and onions were hard as rock, the waiter did not bring any side plates, serviettes, water bowels to wash our hands nothing. I asked for the manager, to address the problem the waiter said he will call him, but he never came. I am very upset as we always eat at this branch and never experienced such a disaster, my every experience at Spur Eastgate was exceptional, if there were problems the coloured manager lady there always sorts it out. The waiter was not friendly at all, he seemed to be upset that he had to work on Valentines day and it was the customers fault!!!
