Knead Restaurant
Good Food, Bad service

I often go to the Knead at Palmyra Junction, because there food is so good. Never have I experienced good service there.
I am a waitress and completely understand that occasionally when it is busy the service quality can easily deteriorate, but that's not the case, the service there is consistently bad.
Today when we arrived for breakfast the manager seated us. 15 minutes later after asking for service twice we asked the manager for service, he apologized and sent over a reluctant waiter to take our order.
The service didn't improve after that.
We had ordered 3 meals which arrived at different times, our drinks arrived after our food did and the manager never came back to check that we were looked after, even though we had complained.
While we were there we heard numerous people trying to attract waiters attention or explaining that their orders were wrong. There was a couple sitting near us who left after 10 minutes of sitting because they were yet to be acknowledged. Nobody noticed that they left.
I am for supporting local restaurants in this difficult economy, but the Knead in Palmyra Junction makes it very hard to do so.
Their food is great, but the FOH staff is incompetent
