Service and disgusting food

When a person is at a theme park, they expect the best. The best experience. That's my opinion, I ordered 2 quarter chickens and chips. The one chicken had hair on it and when I asked for the manager of the store he went home. To me that is highly unacceptable, the other person in charge was not there. I had also asked them to just replace the chicken, the kitchen staff took it back and agreed to replace we waited for 10 minutes thinking the food is coming, only to find out that one of the kitchen staff went to call the person in charge and the food was not going to be replaced, this to me was highly un professional and a great inconvenience to me. And the biggest issue was that the girl decided for me that she is going to refund my money back for one meal and not the other, for me, was that my fianc? finish eat his meal while I waited like a fool for mine, also that the girl still argued and brought up the subject about the way I should be conducting myself due to my religion, that was so not tolerable
