Chilling Tyme Cafe no place to chill

My family and I went for lunch to Chilling Thyme a couple of weeks back. My fianc? had about 3 forks full of his Spaghetti Bolognaise only to find a hair, we immediately called the waitress to tell her, she took it away. My fianc? obviously didn't want another meal, instantly put off his meal. The bill arrives, the meal is on it, I approach the arrogant manager/'owner' in his words. I asked him why is this meal still on this bill? He replied, you ordered it, didn't you? Implying that we inserted this hair into the food? His next comment was that there are no whites in the kitchen, adamant that it was not them. I refuse to eat any food that contains hair inside it, its absolutely disgusting! The way this young boy handled the situation was totally unacceptable, my family and I will not be back there, and we will ensure that our circle of friends, and friends of friends are aware of how unhygienic it is as well as how their customers get treated!
