I went to Mugg & Bean on Monday 11 Feb, ordered 2 take aways. I'm always shocked at the prices when I open the menu, but I expect better quality than other cheaper restaurants for the higher price. I ordered a 250g rump scewer & a sandwich. When I got home, I opened the take aways and found the smallest scewers ever. I weighed them, it weighed 180g (including the peppers and sticks). Oh and the salad was packed on top of the chips..nice gooye mess! I phoned them, and was treated so rudely; the manager/owner to whom I spoke immediately started attacking me. telling me that if knew nothing about food as cooked meat weighs less, I know this, but it wont reduce the weight by more than a quarter (incl the scewers & peppers) after about a minute of verbal attacking, I ended the call and informed him that I'll be taking this further. All I wanted was an apology, I was not interested in taking it back or a refund. Just an appology, and assurance that should I go there again it won't happen. They'll never see me again. I can buy 3 meals for R109.99 (price for sceweres) at any of the 4 restaurants next door. I'll also be telling everybody how rude I was treated and the lack of f
