Very Bad Service

This is written on behalf of my wife who visited Col'cacchios with my daughter - apologies for the delay in reporting.

About five tables were occupied at the restaurant. Our waitress took our order and then disappeared. We did not see her except to see her chatting to her friends and colleagues. After sitting with our table uncleared for nearly 30 minutes we got up and asked for a bill. It took her another 15 minutes to bring our bill - she seemed irritated that we asked her for the bill and her attitude was surly. I would be able to identify this waitress if required. The food was good and there was no complaint. It would appear that the service in this establishment has declined to a certain degree - at least that has been my perception. We normally have something to eat at this restaurant when we go to the movies and it is disappointing to experience this kind of attitude.
