Still no rsponse from mugg & bean

Posted a complaint last week still no response, i will contact the ombudsman responsible for restaurants and ask them what t do in this instance because this is not the way to be treated, and i will ensure that I find out who is the owner of the franchise and take the matter further with them.!!!
