Pathetic service

We arrived to have breakfast @ 8:05. Ordered our drinks and breakfast meals. 40 minutes later we recieved our drinks. I ask to see the manager, who also seems to be still waking up.5 minutes later he arrives. I Ask him if his is aware of the terrible service, in which he replys yes he is... Seriously??? I explain that we had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks and had still not recieved our meals. I am informed that he is experiencing problems with the waiter and will speak with him.By the time our food arrives I am so worked up that I request it to be put in a take away. Really if this is the quality of service one gets at dros, I will not return!!!
