Very Poor service

I bought a town house in Kempton Park, GMA are billing me for services i don't get and i don't know where else to complain. They are not cleaning our complex. We stay in a filthy dirty complex but they demand money every month. Every month there is a fee of short payment even when my account is up to date. Our pool is green and so dirty for the past few months. The gate at the pool is always opened, no one is checking it and we have small kids playing around the complex. Tenants and visitors are using same gate and you should see the traffic to get inside the complex, its so long because visitors are still stucked dont know where they are going and we have to wait there on a convoy. i have been complaining to Stuart about maintanance of the pool but he is not helpful. He gave me Mobile numbers for the guy by the name of Johan to complain about cleaning and he is not helpful either. I am so helpless i dont know where else to go. GMA is rending us a very bad service and they get away with it.
