KFC in Douglasdale. There seems to be a big problem in the management of the store. Every time I go there, there is some problem or the other. I've had it. The level of incompetence is amazing. Let me list my experiences. 1. I placed an order and when it comes to payment they tell me the credit card machine is not working, couldn't'they have told me that they only excepting cash prior to placing the order, 2. On another occasion they run out of tomato sauce, 2. On another occasion they did not have enough trays for people wanting to eat in and there where only 3 people in the establishment, 3. On another occasion they couldn't' make a milkshake because the machine was warming up, 4. On another occasion they ran out of serviettes, 5. And lastly today they did not breast pieces and if I wanted it I had to wait 18 minutes. I have never experienced such shoddy management at any other establishment. Surely someone must be making sure that stock levels are correct? How can they always be running out of things? I've had enough, and I'm definetly not supporting them any more. The staff act like they doing you a favor and are not apologetic for running out of stock.
