Till qeuing always long

I have been doing weekly shopping at Shoprite in Amstelhof, Paarl for over 6 months now and in all that time I have only experienced 1 occasion where the tills where empty.

EVERY other occasion ques where over 8 people in length per till! And always when the store is full there is always no less than 4 tills closed. One would think that at times of payday and the like the store would make more tillers available to help with the influx. Ques are so long they extend beyond into the food shelves, making navigation extremely difficult in the store.

There is room for improvement at this store - but seems making money from the lower class located around this store is more important than delivering service.
