Conti Partner Silver Lakes in Hazeldean has the best service that I have ever experienced. The manager is always on the shop floor and receives clients with a smile. There is always something to drink- filter coffee, tea, soft drinks. The management really goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

On one occasion, the branch erroneously changed the RunFlat tires on the vehicle with non-run flat units. A week later, whilst doing a stock take, the manager immediately contacted me and requested that I came in to have the correct units fitted- being as apologetic and kind as can be.

On another occasion, several months later, the manager greeted me (after only seeing me once in 5 months) "hi Mr Botha, how are you? ". The vehicle had a worn valve on the tire and it was fixed in 5 minutes, charge free. The manager even goes out of his way to ensure the well being of his staff. I overheard him saying "please go buy the workshop guys some food and soft drinks- they have been working so hard this morning".

What a manager, what a great experience. I can recommend this outstanding Conti-Partner branch to anyone in Pretoria
