KFC
KFC is pathetic

I want to warn everyone about the Gift Acres branch of KFC, every time I go there, there is some sort of a problem. After a while I got fed up and lodged a complaint (P1/13/1517) with the KFC Head Office. The Head Office and Branch phoned me and assured me everything would be looked at and the problems would be sorted out. Well I gave the branch the benefit of the doubt and went there 4 times. There were problems yet again 3 out of the 4 times.
Problems that I have experienced there are...
1 Orders incorrectly taken
2 Orders incorrectly packed
3 Bad attitude
4 Out of stock on items
5 Credit Card Machine not working most of the time
6 Made to wait lengthy amount of times to wait for the food to prepared after being told only a few minutes.
