Sim card problems not sorted out

ON Friday evening the 26th - 6pm I went to 8ta Century city. I had problems with my sim card and asked for a sim swap.
After the swap was done, they said that my new sim will be activated within an hour.
Now more than 48hours later I can still not find an signal or connection. I called 180 three times. They can not help me. They said I must go into an 8ta branch. I called Century city and Capegate branch, but they say I must just wait. After I called this morning the 28th, they said I must come into the branch. I went in and again THEY CAN NOT HELP ME???!!! What now 8ta??? This is unacceptable.

I also want 8ta to let me know if I can cancel this contract earlier. I had a lot of problems with 8ta in the past and complained three times with little to no luck. I applied for ADSL at Telkom on Friday. So I wont be needing 8ta anymore.
