SHOCKING!!!

Barely a week after my initial complaint of trainee staff left to run the place and promises of looking into it and rectifying, the same thing is still happening.

Your response to my previous complain just proves that you have absolutely no care about customers and to make matters worse, the fact that you made NO effort to rectify the situation. Three shops next to each other, all solely run by trainees, not a single permanent staff member in sight.
I left the store in a worse mood than when I arrived and to think I paid for the experience. Five times, FIVE, the trainee got the order wrong. I ordered some drinks as well and only when at home I realised that not a single cooldrink was as ordered. Coupled to that, the food was cold and soggy, so not even that could save the terrible experience we had.
