I will never purchase anything from Debonairs again. the last time i checked, you were not a Pizza monopoly. When you deliver 2 hrs late and cannot keep a promise made for a discount, you lose clients. The so called manager ignores me and does not even have the decency to tell me in person she cant help. She goes and hides in the back room. No customer needs to feel frustrated just to get feedback. Yesterday i spent R104 at the store and all i needed to know was if i was going to get a compensation as you promised for the disgusting service. Instead you even made it more disgusting like treating like a beggar. I can afford my own pizza let's get this clear Learn how to keep your promises.
I demand a writing apology from this store manager. My customer rights have been infringed. Although I would not purchase from Debonairs anymore, i think its the least you can do. You can keep your freebies or free Pizaa whatever. Just do the right thing and apologize.
