Saturday 14th December i decided to get a quick pizza for me and the kids-got served at 16h29 and waited until 17h04 before being handed a pizza that has been laying there while a gentleman sliced pizza's after half an hour they decided that we can have the cold pizza which we didn't take as we insisted on another pizza. There was customer all over the store and it was disgusting the way we had to wait to be served

I initially e mailed Debonairs yesterday and they would have gotten back to me in 24 hours- no e mail no phonecall nothing at all please will you adress this matter on my behalf
