The Friendly Stranger
Bad service = no tip!

I was appalled at the feedback given by the manager of this establishment - when I complained about the lack of attentiveness from our waitress his only response was that that I should not bother to tip the waitress. Might I add that the waitress did not have an ounce of fear when I was is unhappy with her service that I had to escalate my complaint to her manager. Clearly she knew that their motto is "bad service = no tip"!!!

I would never ever set foot in this hole and the should rename it to "The Unfriendly Arrogant Rude Stranger" - that is a description more fitting of their ill mannered and completely anti customer centric approach. In their industry they had better pray they survive past their pathetic customer service!
