Will never visit again!

I had the displeasure of eating lunch at this venue today. I had Sulaki. The pork was so tough I could hardly cut it and a few piece were not cooked. I complained to the manager who did offer to replace the meal but as i had already eaten the salad and pitta I declined and said i would rather pay 50% of the meal. He said he would give me a discount. On receivng the bill I had a whopping R15.00 discount (on a bill of R240.00. On querying this I asked the waitress to call the manager for me. The manager (who i was informed is the owner) told the waitress he is not coming and I must go to him. WOW how RUDE and disrespectful is that!!! Needless to say I will never visit this establishment again! EVER and will inform my friends and family to do the same. Customer Service at its worst!
