Normally our visits to Panarottis are most enjoyable.

Unfortunately not tonight. Our waitress, Millicent, was pathetic. She got the order wrong, the service was terrible and she was extremely unfriendly, even rude.

Sorry Panarottis, we'll go elsewhere from now...
