INCORRECT ORDER TAKEN AS A JOKE

To whom this may concern
I am writing to complain about the unacceptable treatment that I received in your restaurant last Sunday when I visited your store for the first time to have lunch with my husband and a family member from abroad.
We ordered a dish specifically stating that I DO NOT eat beef or pork, only chicken. The waiter ''seemed'' to understand, however while eating my meal did I realise that it was BEEF. Firstly it is against my culture to eat such things, secondly he didn't seem very worried about what had happened. Through this incompetence I have ''broken my religion'' of the abstinence from eating such things.
The other complaint is that we were explained by the waiter that apart from choosing selected meals the ''side items, ''that comes with were R10 (mealie cakes and choc spring rolls with ice cream), however when our bill came in we were charged a ''FULL PRICE'' which we were unaware off as the waiter advised it was R10. WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR STORE???
I must admit the CORRECT food ordered was superb! But the breakage of my abstinence is totally UNETHICAL and not accepted and I would like to take this up! This is the email sent to them and has been ignored!!!
