Burnt Oil and No Condiments

Good Day
I would like to express how disappointed i am in the KFC branch in Maitlan, Cape Town... We as a family normally make use of the drive thru facility as its a quicker and convenient method especially if you have kids under age, you then don't have to get out and un buckle them either to go inside and order. So last week Friday i took my family through the drive thru and ordered a family of some sort and added a few more things to our order. We then got home and discovered that there were no salts, tomatoe sauce, serviettes, spoons for your salad and the chicken's oil was burnt and chips were hard and i didnt even bother driving back as this was just going to be a waste of time as it supposed to be done right the first time.
Now picture if i had to pull off the road and had to eat this with my family as a lunch on a outing day... I don't think it would of worked really, not having all your cutlery can be very frustrating in this case. So yes i did not enjoy my meal at KFC

I am utterly disappointed on the end result at the end of the day for a big food brand like KFC.
