KFC Family treat disgrace

Good day

Today I very dissapionted at KFC. The one in Bergbron in Johannesburg and today again the one in Braam Fisherstreet, Robinacres. Last week I ordered a 8 piece Family treat from the KFC in Bergbron when receiving my order I took a taste of the chips and it tasted so old that I there and then told the lady working there that she need to give me new chips as my dogs wount even eat those chips. Then today I ordered another 8 piece Family treat meal and the same!!! The chips tastes very old and the chicken taste like its been reheated (I went through the drive through this time). On my way to an appointment I only dicovered the horroble taste of the food so this time there was no turning back as I was already late. I feel that this is unaccetable as I buy KFC on a regular basis (once a week) and only wasting my money at the moment.

Please KFC look into this as your stores wount see me or my family again untill this is resolved!!!
