Worst experience with a MANAGER I've ever had!!

Today my friends went to Steers to order food for us.
Upon their return; they had left a packet of chips out of the order which was paid for.
I had to return to the Steers to retrieve my chips.

I spoke with the manager named "Gary" - he ordered me a packet of chips for replacement and then proceeded to tell me that he can't win with "these oaks" (obviously referring to black people) and said "it's in one ear and out the other" etc.
The fact that this man COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS OWN STAFF indicated to me that he did not understand that HE is responsible for HIS staff as HE hired them to perform the task (which they failed to do)
He then proceeded to tell me that he gets "... 100's of customers coming in and losing their cool..."
This angered me because he's admitting here to failing at managing this fast food outlet (YET STILL HAS HIS JOB!!!)
to continue: "... losing their cool - just like you..." - DIRECTLY INSULTING.
Then he says: "I've been doing this for 20 years and its never going to be perfect"
Admitting to failing for 20 years' worth of unsatisfied customers!

I have never been angered to this extent by a MANAGER.

THIS IS DISGUSTING!!
I WANT SOMETHING DONE!!

NOW!!!
