Debonairs Pizza
Bad service

Tonight, 28Aug 2013 around 7pm, I was at Debonairs Pizza in Van Riebeeck road, Kuilsriver. The store was not busy with 2 other clients waiting for their orders. Janet and Zethu at the counter serving both busy on the telephone. Janet finishes first without paying attention to me infront of her for the last 7min. I placed my order, she walks away without logging it. She comes back asks my order a 2nd time and then hands me over to Zethu asking my order a 3rd time. The manager Mark standing next to them hearing me saying that Im giving it to them 3 times. After being there already 15min, their card machine doesnt work. Zethu orders me to walk across the parking in the rain to the ATM outside. Mark the manager blames Telkom that their machine doesnt work.
I wasted 20min of my evening in a take out store who doesnt give a thing for customers. I went to a different pizza place and got service ten times better. Only reason i left home in the rain is because my sick Dad wanted pizza. Unfriendly, sourfaced Janet & Zethu will chase more customers away. Im sure i wasnt the first one.
