Shocking packaging

This is the last straw for me. Friday night.we are hungry and order a delivery. It has happened more than I care to count. The food leaks out the bags. Soaks through everything the bags tear and all the food lands up on the floor, you need to line the bags with foil or a thin plastic. I'm not ordering from Nandos again. I have mentioned it to the branch and they just say they will pass on the complaint. Well obviously profits mean more than my dinner.
