Incorrect orde

Very disappointing telephone service. Placed an order at 09.59am for the chicken wrap meal only to be told that the order taken was for a 1/4 chicken meal. Should I want the correct order I must wait. My lunch break does not allow for extention due to this therefore placed a telephone order to pick up at 11.00am. No apologise or suggestion to deliver the correct order when its done.

Very disappointing service!!!
