We were having tapas and drinks with friends at Buena Vista and it turned out that one of my Flaming diablos' bacon was undercooked. The waiter responded politely when I pointed it out and I was given a free shooter from one of the managers to apologise for the incident and two freshly cooked flaming diablos in no time!! Thank you for handling the situation professionally, these things can happen in any kitchen. I will certainly be back!!
