KFC LENASIA SERVICE REVAULTING JUST LIKE THE FOOD!

It took 54 minutes in the drive through! Even that was not enough they get the order WRONG. Why stop there with the bad service, we get to the collection booth only to be faced by the most arrogant and rude staff let's be specific Tsholo who was extremely rude and Catherine who to us telling us she put the sprinkle seasoning in the packet. When we look inside the packet, behold no sprinkles. This after the woman at the first stop taking the orders says she has included in our order. Of course when we pay for it we don't get the slip immediately to check the order, only when we get to the last booth to collect the food. We get home, to find all four of my kids are fast asleep, so they didn't even eAt, and the cherry on the cake has to be the fact that they did not give us the ice cream we ordered and PAID FOR, R 16, 90. My husband opens the full box meal and discovers that the food looks and smells badly, not even fit for an animal. So guess what, he doesn't eat it. I have the zinger wings that is drenched in oil and so are the chips. So guess what, I don't eat my food either. So we spent R213.80 and none of us, a family of 6 eats this food. Disgusting food, disgusting attitude
