Unfriendly & Unhelpfull Staff

I entered the franchise at about 20h40. Everyone that was supposed to attend to the tills had their backs turned and hadn't even noticed that there was a new customer. Eventually after standing there for 10mins, I politely asked if someone was going to help me. A guy turned around and said "Wat wil u gehad het? " as i was placing my order with him, he turned around not saying anything and spoke to the people in the kitchen to ask if there was any chicken. He turned back to me and said there is nothing (not very sincere in any sense) by this time i was already in the shop for 15mins and then i scolded him and told him that i had stand & wait for 10mins and only after asking who will assisting me, i get told that they do not have chicken.By this time i was frustrated, hungry and extremely angry I stormed out of the shop and i heard someone shout from the counter (i assume was the manager) "wat is dit nou? " "Wat is die vrou se problem? " and the guy that supposedly was going to assist me said to her, "dis niks, sy was nie eers lank hier nie." I can understand that everyone has closing times then don't leave your doors open and still be rude. Your service stinks and is really disgustin
