Manager swears at customers?!?

I'm highly disgusted. We stopped at the Total last night after a function and upon trying to order, we were told that the kitchen had been closed even though it was 10mins before closing time. We made the manager aware of this, after which he exclaimed that he wasn't going to wait 10mins for the machine to warm up. We told him he was a terrible manager after which he proceeded to swear at us. This then turned into a massive, nearly physical, altercation which could simply have been avoided by doing his job. This is so appalling, it's actually laughable. Never in my life have I come across such bad management and it makes me wonder about Debonairs' recruitment choices. I will NEVER go back there, not even if the food was free.
