BAD AND SLOW SERVICE

Last night (01.12.13) @ 9h15 I went inside of KFC @ the monument spar in Kimberley. as i was standing in the que i could not help but notice how untidy the shop infront was. Till slips and Chicken bones all over the floor. Also there was only one Cashier to help customers, witch I don't understand because it is the end of the month and there should have been made better planning. I ask for the manager and waited about another 5min for her to come and assist me. I confronted Her (BOITUMELO), asked her who her cleaners are, and she said they clean the shop them selfs. I told her that she must make plan because its discusting she just said she knows the shop is dirty. I than ask her about the cashiers and she said they did not come in for work. I ask for contact details and also after waiting a while she gave them to me. She than turned around and went back into her office. If she knew there was only one cashier why did she not jump in and assist the customers, and also why not ask one of the staff members to clean the front of the shop it realy does not take that long. If the shop was so dirty in front, how dirty was the Kitchen?
