Worst service EVER!!!

We were standing in the drive thru on the night of the 28th of January for 30 min, when we came to the ordering station we got no service, no one to take your order or anything for 10min. So the cars in front started to move pass the pay point so we proceeded. We told the lady at the pay point we would like to place your order, she called the lady hoe takes the orders and we complained. She started giving us attitude, we said we want the manager because what is going on with the service. The reply was its busy in side the store. We come to the pick up point and the lady tells us, sorry they don't have Orange juice we have to decide on something else. And there is 4 customers in the store. That is not acceptable, we already paid for it and was not informed before the payment. A few minutes later, orange juice appeared from nowhere. We would like someone to respond please...
