Dissapointing response

I posted a report on the 22nd Jan to the effect as below. I received a call on the 23rd from the manager apologising and saying that he intends to invite us back to montecasino as the service we recieved was not at the desired standard. He promised to email me details. Then within the hour head office called to see if i had received feedback. i said i was awaiting the email. To date no response. We spent almost R600 that day. And i will not be returning to John dorys.

Extract from complaint in the 22 Jan-
We visted the john dorys in Montecasino as my brother was up on campus vacation and we decided to take him out. We went to the John Dorys on wednesday, with the half price sushi and graca special. we were seated, after being ignored for 10 minutes, at 7:30. we placed our sushi order immediately as we were hungry. At 8:15 when still no sushi had appeared. we decided to order our mains as maybe the issue was half price sushi and the restaurant was busy. The manager walked past several times and eventually just didnt bother to check on us but checked on the tables next to us, who had already been served their mains.
Sushi arrived after and hr. Mains another hr.
