Manager is a disgrace

I honestly don't know how a manager of a restaurant can talk to his waiters in front of many customers in such a degrading and despicable manner. He was shouting at them about something that they did not do but in front of all of us. Why should they be degraded like that? They are only human and what gives him the right to treat them like that? He is a disgrace to the restaurant and should not be a Manager! I have seen him there many times before but this time it was like he was not himself or was highly medicated. Remove this man from the restaurant because he will be causing you a lot of damage.
