Hi

i went to KFC belhar on Saturday 25 January. it was roundabout 11pm and we had to use the drive thru. Firstly we ordered spicy wings when we go to the 2nd window to collect the lady told us that it would take 10min why did the lady that took the order never inform us? anyways we wating 10minutes gone by and no order. at that point we had to use the bathroom but the cashier advised he would call the manager. the manager came and i explained my story he then ask me where is my slip i went to go get it and he told me that he cant open the doors for us to use the toilet which i totally understood, but my problem is the way he handled the situation. firstly why do you want a slip if you not going to do anything about it, secondly why did the manager not appoligise for the delay instead he stood their laughing whilst i and not only me alot of orther clients complained. thirdly why did that cashier not inform us that the chicken was far from finish. i am disgusted by the pathetic service and Manager that think that the KFC belongs to him.
