Billy G Buffet Resturant
Bad Meal Experience at Top Restaurant!

I am not very fond of buffet restaurants, however after dining at Billy G's earlier this year I was very impressed by this restaurant. Since then I have visited on 3 occassions and have not been disappointed until my experience yesterday (Sunday 4 August 2013). We arrived for lunch at 13h30, we were told by the waiter that he was getting a table ready for us. We didn't mind the wait (approx 10min). When we got to the table, it was not cleaned. Glasses, cutlery and dirty serviettes from the previous diners were still on the table. The waiter then told us to go to the buffet and dish up in the meantime while he got the table ready. At the buffet, most of the dishes were already empty and were not being replenished on time. There were also no plates available. We together with other diners had to wait for this. The variety of dishes available yesterday were not the usual standard and quality we have become accustomed to at Billy G. The chef on duty clearly had a love of the herb, rosemary.
